Water Walk:  Children age 2 and up may accompany adults only if held or placed in an infant float ring.  There may be only one child with one adult.  Water walking does not include any form of swimming.  You may use barbells during your exercise time.  Must be age 12 and up.

Deep Water Exercise:  This exercise is on your own, with or without a flotation belt.  Participants may NOT practice swim strokes during this time.  Your body MUST be in a vertical position.  NO floating on your front or back.  Must be age 12 and up.

Harris Health System and Christus will provide free immunizations for children. The free immunizations are available on a first come, first serve basis.

A child is eligible for the free immunizations if the child:

Is between the ages of two (2) months and eighteen (18) years of age;

Has no health insurance or has Medicaid or is Under-Insured (insurance does not cover vaccines); or

Is an American Indian/Native American or Alaskan Native;

Is accompanied by a parent or guardian if under the age of eighteen (18); and

Has their original shot record or school shot record. If you cannot locate the record and your child attends school, contact your school nurse for assistance with obtaining a current shot record.
