The Seminars include a 10 minute video, a 10 minute talk and followed by answering questions. They will bring clinicians for those that would like to be tested (by check swab), but there is no obligation on anyone’s part. They are happy to share the information.
The new policy effective on 2019, every eligible senior needs to bring original ID to pick up their own boxes, without that, we are not allow to give boxes to them, copy ID is not accepted.
Proxy rule: if the resident's spouse/family/friends/neighbors pick up boxes that belong to the residents who are not able to show up, that resident need to write a note to authorize the proxy to pick up their boxes, and along with the Original ID from the resident.

Immunizations provided are for qualified children only; eligibility is based on Texas Vaccines for Children Program guidelines: 18 yrs. of age or younger, American Indian or Alaskan Native, Enrolled in Medicaid or No health insurance.
Students must have their shot record. If you cannot locate yours, ask your school nurse.
A parent/guardian must be present if the child is under 18 years old.
