Bring hand weight for a strength workout that incorporates functional strength training designed for all fitness levels. Research has shown that regular resistance and strength training can improve bone health. Strength training with hand weights is used to tone your muscles and will get you lifting and working hard. Wear comfortable clothing and cross training closed toe shoes or shoes with good soles and support. Class is modified for all levels. Bring your own hand weights, mat and towel. A signed liability waiver must be on file for each participant.
