Join the newest fitness craze that is getting everyone addicted to being fit! Choreographed interval training with cardio peaks and toning tracks is set to music you know and love. Break a sweat and have a blast! Low impact options are offered throughout the class. A signed waiver must be on file for each participant in the class. Supportive athletic style shoes should always be worn.
