Bring hand weights for interval toning during this class, designed for all fitness levels. Movement is geared to get the heart rate up with moderate to high-intensity movement that enhances caloric expenditure and some fat metabolism. Strength training with light hand weights is used to tone your muscle while your heart rate remains active. See your doctor if you are uncertain where your heart rate level should be while executing cardio exercise. Wear comfortable clothing and cross training closed shoes, or shoes with good soles and support. A signed liability waiver must be on file for each participant.
