Description:

Join us every Monday at 9:00 a.m. and learn to relax.  This yoga class guides you to relax your mind, body and soul.  It activates the Parasympathetic Nervous System which counteracts stress and promotes relaxation.  You will need to bring a mat and a pillow.  Space limited.
