This lecture is fun and educational. This takes place in our large lecture room with social distancing of chairs and instructor. Non venomous snakes such as fun ball pythons, corn snakes, boas, etc. will be on display. Learn about the importance of snakes in our environment and the balance they provide. The snakes are all very safe and friendly.

Do you know how to handle a snake and remove it quickly? Do you know the venomous snakes that live where you live and where you travel? Discover how to tell the difference between venomous and non-venomous snakes. Learn how to make a snake move without getting near it. How can you snake proof your home? Did you know Texas is home to 15 different species of venomous snakes? There are so many myths that surround snakes and your expert will explore them. Also learn how to treat a snake bite before you get to the hospital. If you garden, take walks outside, or travel anywhere, learn to identify these amazing reptiles.
