Description:

Join this professional ballerina for a strengthening exercise for your legs and core. Instead of using actual ballet bars, you will use chairs to exercise. Learn to balance, stretch, and strengthen your body and core. Ballet Bar Class uses a combination of physical therapy movements. Excellent for those participants who have had previous surgery and or limited mobility. Please wear socks or ballet slippers.
