Water Walk:  Children age 2 and under may accompany adults only if held or placed in an infant floatation ring.  There may be one child with one adult.  Water walking does not include any form of swimming.  You may use barbells during your exercise time.  Must be age 12 and up.

Deep Water Exercise:  This exercise is on your own, with or without a flotation belt.  Participants may NOT practice swim strokes during this time.  Your body MUST be in a vertical position.  NO floating on your front or your back.  Must be age 12 and up.

Water Walk:  Children age 2 and up may accompany adults only if held or placed in an infant float ring.  There may be only one child with one adult.  Water walking does not include any form of swimming.  You may use barbells during your exercise time.  Must be age 12 and up.
