Description: Class begins with a 5 minute rhythmic warm-up followed by approximately 15 minutes of strength training with elastic bands. The remaining time focuses on movement to music. With this low impact aerobic segment, expect to get an excellent, moderate intensity work-out which minimizes stress to the joints. Cardio exercise is executed at your own level. Description: This class is a must for everyone. A combination of Yoga and Pilates, that helps in creating long lean lines and delivering back and abdominal strength. Increase your flexibility and strengthen your spine. Bring a mat or towel (yoga mat is the best). This combination has been proven to increase posture awareness and help relieve join discomfort.
