Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that was developed to help a person’s physical and emotional well-being. It is a combination of moving yoga and meditation. People believe that Tai Chi could improve health by practicing the exercises.
Please wear comfortable workout clothes.

Starting today Seniors ages 50 and up can register to see the Religious Sites Houston History Tour on August 14th.
