A high energy workout class for all fitness levels. Class includes cardio movements such as dancing and toning that can burn up to 500-600 calories (depending on personal intensity level).
Participants must bring their own yoga mat.
Description: Class begins with a 5 minute rhythmic warm-up followed by approximately 15 minutes of strength training with elastic bands. The remaining time focuses on movement to music. With this low impact aerobic segment, expect to get an excellent, moderate intensity work-out which minimizes stress to the joints. Cardio exercise is executed at your own level. It is up to you to exercise responsibly. See your doctor if you are uncertain where your heart rate level should be while executing cardio exercise.
Description: This class is a must for everyone. A combination of Yoga and Pilates, that helps in creating long lean lines and delivering back and abdominal strength. Increase your flexibility and strengthen your spine. Bring a mat or towel (yoga mat is the best). This combination has been proven to increase posture awareness and help relieve join discomfort.

Chair Yoga adapts traditional, modified yoga poses done with a chair, making yoga more accessible for people who cannot stand for long periods. Yoga is for everyone and has the power to change you.
