Description: Class begins with a 5 minute rhythmic warm-up followed by approximately 15 minutes of strength training with elastic bands. The remaining time focuses on movement to music. With this low impact aerobic segment, expect to get an excellent, moderate intensity work-out which minimizes stress to the joints. Cardio exercise is executed at your own level.
