Tai chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that was developed to help a person’s physical and emotional well-being. It is a combination of moving yoga and meditation. People believe that Tai Chi could improve health by practicing the exercises.

The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. This original and unique method coordinates movement, breath, and mental focus. Gyrokinesis is practiced on a mat and chair, without equipment.

This class is a must for everyone. A combination of Yoga and Pilates, that helps in creating long lean lines and delivering back and abdominal strength. Increase your flexibility and strengthen your spine. Bring a mat or towel (yoga mat is the best). This combination has been proven to increase posture awareness and help relieve join discomfort.
