Bring hand weights for interval toning during the first half of this class. The last half for the aerobic segment designed for all fitness leverls. The choreography minimizes stress to the joints while improving balance, grace, agility and coordination. Movement is geared for low to mid-intensity movement that enhances caloric expenditure and some fat metabolism. Wear comfortable clothing and cross training closed toed shoes, or shoes with good support.
