HARRIS COUNTY, TX – Harris County Precinct 3 hosted this year's Budget Town Hall this week at George H.W. Bush Community Center to engage directly with residents on key financial priorities for the upcoming 2027 fiscal year. Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom Ramsey and the Executive Director of Budget and Management Daniel Ramos were present to gather constituent feedback and discuss community investments.
