Pilates Strength - Class Days: Monday & Wednesday
Description: Pilates Strength is a whole-body workout that has numerous benefits from injury prevention to improved flexibility and strength. This workout is a challenging low impact class that balances strength and mobility, aligns the body, and strengthens the core. Members must be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring a mat, light hand weights and towel.
*Important Notes: Participants should always be released for activity by a qualified health care professional prior to beginning a program of regular exercise. A signed liability waiver must be on file for each participant. Supportive athletic style shoes should always be worn. For everyone’s safety, you must be on time to allow sufficient warm up. We must at times, limit the number of participants due to the size of the room. Children are only allowed in the class if they are not creating a distraction. Please make sure cells phone are off or silenced.
