Harris County Precinct 3 maintains the highest level of standards in maintaining over 6,750 lane miles of roadway and associated bridges throughout the area. Maintenance includes road reconstruction, storm debris removal, sign installation, right of way mowing, and more.

Project Scope: Construction of a new 2-story community center next to Cypresswood Drive

Benefits: Will improve roadway condition and safety as well as improve localized drainage within the subdivision

Tall Pines Subdivision Asphalt and Drainage Improvement Project

Project Scope: Reconstruct asphalt roadways and upgrades to the drainage is nearing completion. Pine Drive, Willow Lane, Aspen Drive, Elm Drive, Dogwood Lane, Red Bud Lane, Mimosa Lane, and Cottonwood Lane have all been reconstructed with improved drainage and culverts

Waynewood Subdivision Asphalt Project

Project Scope: Repair the asphalt roadway and provide new markings and street signs along Pinedell Drive, Ladina Run Street, and Charolais Drive

Westgate Subdivision Asphalt and Drainage Improvement Project

Project Scope: Reconstruct asphalt roadways and upgrades to the drainage is nearing completion. Vernon Road, Westover Road, Westgate Road, and Jasper Lane have all been reconstructed with improved drainage and culverts

Benefits: To provide a smooth driving surface and improve drainage

North Eldridge Parkway from Spring Cypress Road to Gregson Road

Project Scope: Replace existing 2-lane asphalt road and roadside ditches with a 4-lane concrete boulevard with raised median and underground storm sewer system, including a new traffic signal at Gregson Road and a study to determine if a traffic signal is warranted at Westlock Drive.  Sidewalks will be included along certain sections of the road project.
